My last update of 2011..wow this year has flown by.
The extension is almost finished although no heating out there yet,so ive been getting very numb fingers whilst working in my new room.
Only managed to get a few photos of christmas cards taken this year but hope you like them.
Lots of new ideas and things to try out in the new year so keep checking back and dont forget to get your orders in for birthday treats.

It took lots of attempts and even more rearranging to get the table how i wanted.
And yes that is Callum hiding behind the table.

Oh my what fun i have had creating these cute Looney Tune cards.
Especially like the little tv's but think Tweetie is my favourite so far.
Still loads more to get ready for christmas fair on the 3rd December but i'm hoping these little cuties
will do well.

Wedding decorations

Pleased to announce that my lovely sister tied the knot with Grant on the 15th October. It was a beautiful ceremony which left many of us in tears with smudged mascara! Amber did a wonderful job as flower girl along with Michaela.

These are the table decorations i made for each table and the sweet trees which the children demolished in the evening!!

How bad am I.

Just realised that i have'nt posted anything since August and now its the middle of October!

I do have an excuse it's been very hectic with a big party order and my sisters wedding decorations and not to mention the extension which is still on going but i can see a desk in my studio which is hopeful..electrics would be useful in there though!

So to start with i have to share the cupcakes and sweet cocktails that were made for a party in September.

When asked to make some tennis themed cupcakes i was stumped for a while as to what to make.
But came up with these tennis balls and think they look pretty cool.

My new ice cream cupcake which have been tasted and tested by my 4 munchkins. I think from the yums and mmms that came from their direction that they were a hit.

Amber's birthday

Can't believe that our little princess turned 3 last week..where did that time go.

After much hair pulling i finally got her cake finished. Not as smooth as i would of liked it but after discovering that a little blonde haired mouse had nibbled at the sponge i did my best.

Busy Busy.

Once again it's been a busy time these last few weeks.

Ambers 3rd Birthday,Aidan's leavers assemblies and the general hub-bub of craziness that surrounds everyone just before the kids break up for the summer.

Thought i'd share with you a few pics of the teachers presents i made for jake and aidans teachers.

There were 6 teachers in total so 6 boxes of cards and 7 cards to be made. Just got them all finished in time.

Thought I'd share the rubble that is my house.

This was on the first day of the build..we have progressed now to having the new walls almost completed.

Can't wait for my room to be finished so i can get my orders off the dining room table and away from prying eyes!!

Sweets,sweets,sweets

Had a rather large sweets order which i competed today all ready for delivery tomorrow.

50 sweets cones and 30 bags all with the Perry street fc logo on.

My hands and house have smelt of fruit gummy sweets all week!!!!

oh dear shame on me for letting my blog slip.

i do have a valid excuse..building has started (new craft room on it's way),been busy with lots of orders for July and it's coming up to the end of term and there seems to be endless assemblies and dressing up days going on.

So card wise has been really busy,my family have loads of birthdays in July and keep me very busy as well as my other customers orders.

Have also been working on a few new ideas so will keep you posted on those.

mothers day

Well I hope all the mummies out there got treated on mothers day.

These are 2 cards i made for 2 well deserving mums.

Brain Teaser.

Well this one really got the brain ticking.

Was asked to create a card using Perry Street F.C logo. Unfotunatly the logo printed out as a thumb nail so too small to use and when enlarged it became pixalated.

So thinking caps on and the circular shape of the logo gave me an idea! Make it into an easel card.

Well easier said then done and it did use up a diminishing stock of brain cells but i was pleased with the result.

As you can see by the messy table i couldnt wait to take the picture and get this on its way to the recipient. Hope he liked it. Oh and Perry Street boys are a fab team!!! But i am biased as newphew plays for them.

Cone Order

Well my latest order has flown the nest this morning and they were greatly received.

Wonder how long they will last before being gobbled up.!
