Just a quick post to let you all know that on the 24th November i will be having a stall at a christmas fete at south green memorial hall in aid of great ormand street hospital so come along and support this great cause.

Some the christmas designs i have made for the summer fete  ( i know it's a summer fete but i like to get people started early).
The cracker box can be brought unfilled for £1.50 and personalised ready for you to add that special gift or filled with a mixture of sweets and a few colouring pencils and little note book for £2.50, great for place settings on the christmas table and gives the little ones something to do whilst you enjoy dinner.x.

The santa box is filled with choccie coins and xmas shapes £1.25.

The cards are a set of 10 ideal for class friends or playgroup friends £2.00.

Summer Fete

As most of you know the sunnymede summer fete was cancelled due to our wonderful British weather.
Pleased to announce that all being well weather wise it will now be held on the 22nd September so please pop along and visit Cardkandy ..lots of christmas goodies to pre-order.

Birthday Packages

Have decided to offer party packages if anyone interested.
These will include invitation per child (small card with any theme you would like)
individual cupcake per child flavours chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream or vanilla with vanilla buttercream and of course sprinkles and decorations these can be bagged in individual bags tied with ribbon to be given out at end of party, and of course a sweet cone or box.
Prices ... sweet cone package £3.00 per child
               Hello Kitty box/angry birds box package £4.00 per child.

June already!!

Oh my it's almost the end of June and once again i have been slack in keeping the blog up to date.
So what have i been doing these last couple of months.
Firstly I am having a stall at Sunnymedes summer fair so if anyone in the neighbourhood on the 8th July then please come and say "hi". I have some exciting new sweet boxes and marshmallow kebabs to share with everyone on the day sneaky peak to follow.
To celebrate the Queens jubilee we had a street party which was really great and got all the neighbours out in force. The kids all had a fab time on the bouncy castle and playing games whilst the adults enjoyed the b.b.q's and wine/beer (some a little too much!).
Another order for my push-up cakes and sweet boxes saw me being very busy just before the jubilee and now its all systems go for the summer fair prep.
With Ambers 4th birthday fast approaching and her first trips to "big" school July looks like its also going to be full on.

Simply Adorable

It was my lovely sisters birthday the other day and knowing how much she adores her beautiful pup Misty I just had to design a card including her. The photo is stunning and really didn't need too much doing to it to make a beautiful card. A hint of glossy accent to make a wet nose and some lovely paper and i think the finished article does Misty justice!!

Chocolate time!

Well i never need an excuse to get creative and if that involves making something with chocolate
then all the better.
I decided to make some chocolate easter eggs for my nephews and sisters this year and of course that meant
coming up with something to package them in.
After melting huge amounts of chocolate and making the eggs and some cute little bunnies and chicks it was time to get thinking caps on and decide how to give them.
I finally decided on the bunny take out style box for the kids and then played around with my trusty friend(cricut) and made the birds and then the boxes for them to go on.
I have to admit i think they looked pretty cool and i was tempted to keep one for myself!
Then of course i just had to make cards as well.

Birthday Wizard

Jake was invited to a party and after making the card i discovered i did'nt have any wrapping paper for the present.Thinking caps on and i made  box to match the card .x.

New year

Oh wow..just realised that the last time i posted was at the end of last year and we are nearing the end of March already.
So what have i been doing...well at last we have heating in the new extension and my work room is all finished. Callum  is in his new room and hence all the other little uns are in their own rooms. Downstairs bathroom is sort of functional just finishing off tiling and decor..kids den is still being used as a dump room for now but thats next on the agenda.
Just a few cards and makes to share..made some lovely mothers day cards this year but stupidly forgot to take pictures...duh!!!

 Was asked to make an engagement card and thought this was really cute. For something a bit more special i made a concertina easel card. Really pleased with the finished

project.

Then i was asked for a 50th birthday card for a man who like cats..couldnt resist this cheeky fella.

This was a nice one to do..had fun looking for the right picture to use!!
